1. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds are subject to the following conditions:
- Membership cancellations by the member: Refund eligibility depends on the timing of cancellation and membership terms agreed at the time of registration.
- Service/Event cancellations by She Fest India: If any paid service, promotion, or event is cancelled by us, eligible members will receive a refund as per applicable terms.
- Duplicate or incorrect payments: Verified duplicate transactions will be eligible for a refund after proper review.
2. Cancellation & Refund Timeline
- Cancellation within 48 hours of payment → Eligible for a full refund (if no platform benefits, access, or leads have been utilized).
- Cancellation after 48 hours but within 7 days → Eligible for a 50% refund.
- Cancellation after 7 days → Non-refundable.
- Event, promotions, or campaign services → Refund eligibility will depend on specific event or campaign terms.
3. Refund Process
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
- Payment gateway or transaction charges (if applicable) may be deducted.
4. Non-Refundable Cases
- Membership fees after profile activation and platform access has been granted.
- Used benefits such as leads, promotions, visibility, or networking access.
- Promotional, discounted, or limited-time offers.
- Any business losses arising from member collaborations or third-party interactions.
